“4/5 stars because both rugs have uneven/protruding/loose loops that could potentially be a trip hazard. Other than that, they are nice rugs at a reasonable price.”

“I Loved my rugs and the delivery went without hitch, so thrilled But , disappointed with the underlay. Had to cut to fit under the rug and don’t feel what you get is worth what I paid for”

“The rug came in record time, is a fantastic value and really good quality. The 4star is for the courier dropping the big rug at my front door, I live in town and was away all day.”

“Experience with the company was very good and delivery was fast. The rug, however, wasn't as good as I expected, having bought two rugs from Kukoon before that were excellent. Sadly this third one seems thinner than the others but I am keeping it because the pattern is nice, and the same shades as the photos, and goes well in my room.”

“Have bought rugs from kukoon.before lovely rug good price speedy delivery the only downside was the two rugs were quite creased they needed to be rolled a lot tighter and bound more tightly hence quite a lot of creases hoping the creases will drop.out after a while”

“Fantastic rug we are very happy with everything except for when I phoned the newry office about swapping the rug I bought for the next size up I was told to bring it to the shop in newry and swap it there and then so I went to the shop only to be told absolutely no way that could happen, so no problem I did the exchange and I am now waiting for the larger rug to arrive.”

“We wanted a rug for under our dining table and chairs to add some warmth but didnt want to pay extortionate amounts. It arrived within a few days and arrived during the two hour time frame given. For the money that we paid we are happy with the rug. A bit of the green writing from the packaging had rubbed onto the outer edge of the rug but it wasn't worth the hassle and cost of returning etc, and we don't notice it.”

“Beautiful rug, ivory colour, great pile , fantastic value, delivery was prompt , I’ve only deducted a point because the wrappings was torn at the end and the carpet had a 3 dirty marks on it , I took the chance and bought a good cleaner and it came off , I suppose these things happen in transport. I definitely will buy again from Kukoon.”

“Really good rugs at very reasonable prices. Rug was just as pictured. Only complaint I have was measurements were off by 10cm, which when planning with a measured area can be quite disappointing. Fortunately, customer service were quick to provide a solution and I was happy with that.”
