“Customer service excellent. However, rug had to be returned as it did not resemble the picture on line.”

“Delivery was fast. The rug is fine- pattern is nice, and although it arrived folded, it’s not creased, it lays flat and doesn’t scoot around the floor. It’s decent value. But be aware it doesn’t look remotely like a real wool rug so if that’s what you want, don’t buy this kind of rug.”

“Good quality rug but they have become expensive in comparison to my local shop. I could have purchased a very similar rug for 35 euro from my local Speedy delivery and easy Web site easy to use.”

“The rug quality is for the price. If it would be more expensive I won't be worth it. It came folded so so far folding seams visible. I would say medium quality.”

“We are happy with the rug. Unfortunately the delivery was not as expected . We had to contact the courier four times . They promised delivery on Friday 4th and it did not arrive until Monday the 7th.”

“I bought a grey flatweave runner rug. The picture in the advert shows a runner rung but I received a regular rug….not a runner. I should have checked the measurements. I assumed because it was called a runner rug that it was long & narrow. I now have a big rug in my narrow hall unfortunately!! Edges still curling up after 3 days also.”

“First time customer: Free delivery is nice, but when the promise is delivery is in 2 working days and then the courier says the pacakge is dalyed but doesn't say how long for, and then can't tell me an ETA for another 3 days despite trying to get an answer AND that Kukoon's own CS didn't follow up on where my items were is disappointing. Added to that the rugs themselves, although a reasonable cost, I feel the product photos doen't quite match the colour of the real item (I appreciate it's difficult to achieve) and feel of a lesser quality than the photos and blurbs portray. Good marketing, good website, slightly underwhelming in reality. I wonder about the rave reviews. The rugs just aren't that good. They're not bad, just OK. €25 for a very thin piece of underlay definitely doesn't make the rug feel noticeably more cushioned or comfortable - it's a bit overprived. €15 would be more acceptable. The packaging of the rugs also was a bit.... well, they were dry, but two of the 3 were extremely squashed (not rolled very well, with edges curled up. 3 days later the rugs still haven't flattened out very well). I am considering returing 2 of the 3 rugs I bought because of the lack of quality and colour matching. I probably won't be ordering further items from Kukoon.”

“I ordered a carpet on September 10 and I understood that the order would arrive in two working days and today is Sunday and I still don't know anything about my order. The order was placed on Tuesday and the ivy from the warehouse was supposed to be on Wednesday, and the arrival at my address was supposed to be Friday at the latest. 😔”
