First time customer: Free delivery is nice, but when the promise is delivery is in 2 working days and then the courier says the pacakge is dalyed but doesn't say how long for, and then can't tell me an ETA for another 3 days despite trying to get an answer AND that Kukoon's own CS didn't follow up on where my items were is disappointing. Added to that the rugs themselves, although a reasonable cost, I feel the product photos doen't quite match the colour of the real item (I appreciate it's difficult to achieve) and feel of a lesser quality than the photos and blurbs portray. Good marketing, good website, slightly underwhelming in reality. I wonder about the rave reviews. The rugs just aren't that good. They're not bad, just OK. €25 for a very thin piece of underlay definitely doesn't make the rug feel noticeably more cushioned or comfortable - it's a bit overprived. €15 would be more acceptable. The packaging of the rugs also was a bit.... well, they were dry, but two of the 3 were extremely squashed (not rolled very well, with edges curled up. 3 days later the rugs still haven't flattened out very well). I am considering returing 2 of the 3 rugs I bought because of the lack of quality and colour matching. I probably won't be ordering further items from Kukoon.
