“Really nice rug the colour is darker than it looked online but looks expensive very soft pile it is quite thin but for the price it makes a nice change in our living room.”

“Visited the store in boucher road was served by a lovely young lady..My runner and rug arrived at my house as promised 3 days later only downside was they were folded not rolled and this has left quite a lot of lines especially in the runner which I'm now trying to get out before I use it..”

“I've dropped one star because of Royal Mail's poor delivery service. The two business days took them four business days. I must say I got the impression that it would have been longer if not for the excellent customer service at Kukoon, who rapidly instigated a complaint against them. Anyway, I bought a runner and two rugs which I am extremely pleased with. They are really inexpensive for what you get. They are good quality, with well bound edges and look exactly as they do online. Very pleased with them.”

“I spent ages on-line looking for the right rug for my lounge and finally found it on Kukoon rugs. Ideally I wanted a slightly larger rug but soon realised all rugs come in standard sizes. The one I bought fitted well in my lounge in design and quality. I was very impressed as it wasn’t expensive yet was thick and seems to be hard wearing, especially with my dog who loves it.”

“I find this company an excellent provider. They give great choice in sizes and colours, good descriptions of rugs. Their website is excellent where you can search by colour or size. They are priced very competitively. They delivered next day!”

“Kukoon rugs come in wonderful patterns and colour combinations at a very reasonable price. One slight criticism I have is that the rugs tend to 'creep' and an underlay that helps them stay in one place is helpful. They are hard wearing and easy to clean. If you are looking for a large or small rug to enhance your room, Kukoon rugs will offer you a very good value product.”

“I am delighted when th my Kukoon rug. Very pleased easy to clean because I have a dog this is great and easy to brush or hoover. I have not washed it yet but I am sure that will be no problem. I will definitely buy another Kukoon rug”
