“As a user who has never used this program, having the material and program installed before attending the class is a must. Due to constrictions with our OIT and when I was able to download the program, I fell behind. However after working on the Modules after class most thing became clearer.”

“Ledet is approachable. My opportunity to take their class kept shifting, then "stay at home" became necessary. We adapted. The workshop went very well. Also, my workshop leader was engaging, sharp, and energetic. My fears about online learning were relieved. The course was not a webinar, but a chance to work along with my colleagues live, with my own software and desktop, and ask questions on the spot. We moved so easily through the material that we had plenty of time to explore more questions at the course's end.”

“I took the Section 508 compliance course. The instructor was very knowledgeable and jumped right in with problem solving, using practical examples. For those of us new to the topic, however, it would have helped to have an introduction to Section 508, the specific challenges the course will help to remove regarding accessibility, and more structure with the examples on how the tools and process meet those challenges.”
