Tony was friendly. It would've been nice for a bit more structure and seemed he was learning with us. That's ok but it didn't seem like InDesign wasn't really his choice of program/not often used. The first day was helpful but by the second day it didn't seem like there was much for us to learn. We don't know what we don't know so doing some more full examples using everything we learned all together would be beneficial to help us put our skills to use at the end and ask questions if we run into issues or come up with other questions for things we'd like to learn.

I would recommend Ledet training to a friend as it is a great introduction to the software and can help provide useful information when working on projects.

Horrible time management. The first 30 minutes were wasted trying to figure which attendees hadn't received the training materials. 15 minutes to go over an agenda that only had a handful of items. Over 1 hour wasted with introductions for only 12 attendees—we work at the company, we don't have to introduce ourselves to each other all the time, and we certainly don't need to take so long to do so.

Christine Marsh is an excellent instructor. She knows the material and has experience. The pacing of the class was slow, but I'm not a beginner. I wish she could have covered more material, shown us more examples, and invited us to participate more through hands-on exercises.

The pacing was too slow, and the material could have been covered in 1-2 hours (at most). We were given several items to have ready for the course (including an ebook), of which only two were actually used. Communication about these materials was insufficient or ineffective (a link to a Google Drive appeared at the bottom of a long email). I still don't know why I have the ebook. The instructor also had technology issues that made the pacing even slower. It took >30 minutes to get the session started. The content was also far too detailed and tedious for most of those on the call.

The instructor appeared grossly unprepared. We spent 30 minutes troubleshooting whether we received the correct documentation or not. We spent an hour going through introductions. She spent a lot of the time going down pointless tangents and took forever to start on the content. We didn't start on accessibility content until 1 hour and 45 minutes into the class. After 2 hours of the class, my colleague and I decided to shift our priorities for the day and not continue with the class. After we left, another colleague mentioned that the lunch break was extended past an hour, and our colleagues had to wait until she returned. We don't believe this instructor is professional and does not paint a good light on your training agency. I would recommend that our organization not continue working with your training agency.

The training was a bit too long. I think the same information could have been provided in half of the time scheduled. I also feel that it might be more helpful to have this as a video with a Q&A session in the end/similar.

I was certainly made aware of some new features that I can utilize in developing Accessible content; however, I think the information presented over the course of this essentially six-hour session could have been instead delivered as a sort of pre-reading/specific assignment. From the correspondences received ahead of the training, it was unclear to me just how interactive of a session this would be. I was expecting that we would be given instructions to edit content a certain way, and then check in periodically to see if we encountered any issues. Instead, we essentially listened to the same individual speak nearly non-stop as they walked through Accessibility elements as they related to specific sample documents. The takeaway is that this process is highly subjective depending on the content one works with, so to sit through a specific example instead of being able to play around with our own content in real-time and have support for questions, like an office hour, was monotonous and dry.

David was fantastic. I should have been doing this throughout my career. You can never know AutoCad fully, even whe you've been doing it for decades. David was patient and has apparently seen and heard almost everything we needed addressed. Super class. Thank you.

I would not recommend that someone seek after Ledet training because they cancelled the class I had paid to attend 2 different times. Once I was finally able to get into the class, I felt it was beneficial, but the reliability is poor.

I attended the Adobe Illustrator 501 Bootcamp (includes 101, 201, 202) and I learned a lot and glad I took this professional training. I have been using Adobe Illustrator in tandem with Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop in my line of work. My objective was to learn better and more efficient ways to use Adobe Illustrator in my design work. I am happy to say that I learned so much from this one-week bootcamp. I discovered many tools, functions, and options available in Adobe Illustrator that I did not know how to use, and some that I could have used in past projects had I known about them. Plus I have access to the print book and digital version of the Adobe Illustrator book to reference in the future. The instructor was excellent. Christine Marsh, the instructor, was very thorough in demonstrating the various tools and options available in Adobe Illustrator, guiding step-by-step through each feature. She showcased different projects that the various tools can be applied to and explained how to effectively utilize them. Her pacing was perfect, ensuring that I could follow along comfortably. She was always willing to repeat steps whenever necessary, which greatly helped in reinforcing my understanding. Additionally, she took the time to listen and understand the issues I faced while using Adobe Illustrator and the particular aspects that I wanted to learn. She tailored the flow of the lessons to meet my specific needs. She incorporated exercises that addressed my questions, making the learning process highly personalized and effective. Her deep knowledge of the program was evident throughout the workshop, and her teaching skills were outstanding. I would love to have her as an instructor for future courses. Virtual format was very convenient as I did not have travel as I would have to attend in-person. I plan to register for online format for future courses that I am interested in.

I came into the class with very little knowledge of the topics and what was going to be covered. When I finished the class, I had a great foundation of the topics and how to use the software. The instructor had a lot of useful informationa and shared it with you. For these reason, this is why I would recommend the class.

I would recommend it. Class was well organized, materials where helpful and instructor was very thorough.

Overall, I learned a few new tricks and some details. The class was rescheduled 2x on the start time, which did not allow me to take the entire class due to the time difference with the trainer and our team. We are central time and she was pacific. The class also started 15 mintues late, which was upsetting. Elaine, the trainer was engaging and made learning the new dialog fun.
