“Great pacing to get to know what you're doing and if you get stuck, they go over it again or even screen share to see what's going on to get you to the next step. For online instruction, this is one of the best.”

“This class was so good! Michael's energy for one was very impressive and he was so patient with all of the participants. I learned so much from the class, and overall just feel more comfortable with the software which is what I was really looking to accomplish. “I believe that this was the best course of action for what is going on with this world today. I liked it better than the classroom setting as we were able to customize the forms that we used every day with the help of the instructor is something wasn't working correctly. It was more then just going through exercises that we will not use. Brent was very good with helping out when we couldn't get it to work.”

“Ledet is approachable. My opportunity to take their class kept shifting, then "stay at home" became necessary. We adapted. The workshop went very well. Also, my workshop leader was engaging, sharp, and energetic. My fears about online learning were relieved. The course was not a webinar, but a chance to work along with my colleagues live, with my own software and desktop, and ask questions on the spot. We moved so easily through the material that we had plenty of time to explore more questions at the course's end.”

“For starters, had to call Ledet because I never got the link for the class meeting. So, we started late, and then when we did finally start, the instructor was eating and drinking while "teaching." And teaching is in quotes because he was literally going through the book with us. I don't think he prepared for this class at all.”

“I took the Section 508 compliance course. The instructor was very knowledgeable and jumped right in with problem solving, using practical examples. For those of us new to the topic, however, it would have helped to have an introduction to Section 508, the specific challenges the course will help to remove regarding accessibility, and more structure with the examples on how the tools and process meet those challenges.”
