“Why only 1 Star: firstly, all Watch providers have to do is supply the Watch - the Quality & after Sales Service chiefly rests with them; but a Watch provider or Seller can make or break the credibility of a Brand - the Seiko I was sent is immaculate & seems to keep near perfect time for a 6R 35A movement - but, it is how it got to me that causes me to make down the Provider...
I wanted the Watch ASAP for family reasons - i paid Insured Express Post but the Provider treated it as if it were Freight Free Shipping - I have been told this was an AP issue...
I've no doubt about AP's Slothfulness - they are a Law unto Themselves!
Still, an Apology prior to me whilst on the Slow Boat from China would have been professional.

I had expected that I would need to have some links removed as the bracelet would be too big so I then ,(because of the original problem) decided to purchase a repair kit for myself ($23.00) via Amazon as there are no longer any jewelry or watch retailers in my local area. I followed a Seiko video and after much struggling managed to remove 2 links and correct the original fault. Should I have returned the watch to Seiko or you, again a problem repacking and getting to a post office!
