Customer service is EXCELLENT. Unfortunately since I put the feeders up in the garden the birds have all disappeared... So disappointing

Made order on the 8th Dec paid for standard delivery said item would be delivered by the 15th by dpd tracked delivery and it said that it will be delivered by the the 15 and it still says that they delivered my parcel to the local royal mail office and I had to pay pounds to collect it from them so I am not very happy with this situation merry Xmas from t Bates

I've set up a feeding station for the small birds.Unfortuneately,all the birds are ignoring the peanut paste(fluttery buttery). I am just hoping that as they gain in confidence they will start using the feeder.

On this delivery only I was disappointed that my order arrived in a broken box and the bird seed sack was badly split. Bird seed had spread all over the rest of my order and was difficult to contain while transferring into a storage container. There was some scattering of seeds in my hallway and I am not sure how much was lost.

I first ordered a set of Get Set Go! feeders because they add a touch of colour to the garden in March 2022. But by November the red peanut feeder had faded to the extent that I felt that we needed a replacement, and the blue suet ball feeder had broken slightly. By August of this year the second peanut feeder had faded too (see photograph), and one of the clips on the yellow niger seed feeder had snapped. I would like to carry on using these feeders, but hope that the red one can be improved - I would prefer not to have to buy a new one every nine months or so. The other colours do not fade.

Normally your service is really good. However this was the second occasion where I received live meal worms late. This time it was a couple of days late and I felt a lot of them had not survived too well.
