“We buy all our bird feeding needs from Living with Birds; the quality is excellent and our bird visitors clearly love it. I just wish they weren't let down by the delivery company, this time DPD, who left the plastic-free box on my front step and not, as the 'proof of delivery' claimed in my porch. Even the photo showed it on the step! This is in full view from the road and a hostage to the elements.”

“Prompt delivery and reasonably priced. Thank you for the voucher. If I have any criticism, it is just the amount of brown paper used in the packaging. A smaller box would have meant less paper - so much waste!!”

“I have been shopping with you for two or three years mainly flutter butter but also bought a lantern feeder for small birds. Unfortunately the birds in East Sussex think they’re all entitled so starlings, jackdaws, pigeons, magpies and wood pigeons all manage to feed from it with amazing agility. Fascinating to watch but expensive on my pocket. Thankyou”

“I have ordered regularly and always been very satisfied. However this time the pack of chunky dumplings was packed underneath a sack of bird seed and it was crushed and the dumplings were badly fragmented. More care needed in packing!”

“My order was despatched very quickly and everything was correct. Slightly disappointed that the loyalty scheme only covers food as I bought a few replacement feeders and was not able to use the October voucher, although I spent well over the minimum spend. Apart from that, very happy.”

“The birds love their Flutter Butter. They’ve not yet gone near their Pearl despite my filling the tray with live meal worms, perhaps they need to learn to ‘trust’ it first’? However I am extremely disappointed that my Flutter Butter holder’s ring snapped in 2 places. Currently super glued. Not sure that it will hold.”

“I love this company and if they always used DPD they would be perfect. If DPD have the what3words reference of client it works like clockwork. There occasional lapses into FedEx or Royal Mail are a disaster. Please make them aware.”
