“Product is very good but the bird’s aren’t visiting it as much as I thought they would. I love all the feeders etc but will have to save up!”

“I our last order we ordered a Glass seed holder which pierced one of the Bags of seed, so the seeds were spread around the carton. Need for more packaging attention.”

Good afternoon Mrs Clark, I'm sorry to hear that that the birds have not yet started to feed from your Flutter Butter. It can sometimes take a while for birds to get used to a new feeder or food. Sometimes birds will feel comfortable and start eating straight away. However, it can take a few days, or even weeks in some cases. We would recommend placing your Flutter Butter Feeder somewhere quiet where birds can dine uninterrupted. Siting it near a tree or hedge lets birds hide if they feel unsafe. You may find birds come quicker if it’s close to other feeders they’re using. I'll give you a call shortly to see what other suggestions I can offer. Kind regards, Ben

“I was pleased with the concept of Flutter Butter, and the design of the feeder, but it has been hanging outside since I received it and so far no sign of birds trying it. It is close to anither feeder contsining sunflower hearts snd birds just use it as a perch en route to the sunflower hearts. Any suggestions?”

“Very compact little feeder. Unfortunately the squirrels loved it so I had to move it next to the house. I haven't seen as many birds going to it since I moved it!”

“I've always been very pleased with the quality of the bird foods and the packaging and the pricing. My only disappointment hence not giving 5 stars, is that when ordering two nest boxes, for a Christmas present, one had a split door caused by the screw. I glued it, but reported it to Customer Care along with a photo, who responded that if it didn't work, I could have a replacement. In the event the gluing didn't work as the tight fitting of the door pulled the split open. I went back to Customer Care and asked for the replacement. I'm advised it is on it's way. So it's 4 stars plus!”

“I'm afraid it was not initially a good experience. I ordered three "FlutterButter" suet mixes in jars but one arrived broken. It was , however,replaced at no charge very quickly arriving the day after I alerted them to the problem. The birds love the mix and I have to fill up the feeder often twice every day.”

“Range and quality is excellent. Delivery was fast and packaging good. My only complaint is that I had asked for the parcel to be put in the garden shed as I am disabled and cannot carry heavy items. The driver left it on the doorstep in the rain and drove off. I had to open the parcel outside and bring each item inside. The parcel did have my request on it, but in very small print and nowhere near the address label, so the driver may not have seen it.”

“Hung this up in the tree in my garden and its a bit of a slow burner as they appear to be more interested in the garland fastballs beside but maybe in time the birds will be attracted .”

“Your bird foods certainly attract many birds to the feeder and the ground below - we wish there was a way of deterring the wood pigeons, feral pigeons, ring necked parakeets (and squirrels) that tend to keep the smaller birds at bay.”

“Very good company for delivery and customer service if any problems with order. I purchased the squirrel buster 0.75 litre and the newer design Squirrel Buster Evolution 1.2 litres. The squirrel buster 0.75 litre has a clinging mesh which the nuthatch and woodpeckers use but the only problem is the drainage holes are very small and get easily clogged in wet weather. The squirrel buster 0.75 litre is much better than the newer design Squirrel Buster Evolution which my squirrels 'busted' in a few minutes by twisting the lid off and squeezing their whole body into the tube to feast on the sunflowers. The lid needs a better design.”
