“I have ordered my bird seed and also some feeders from what used to be Jacobi Jayne and is now Living with Birds. The product is excellent and my birds like it. There is sometimes too much very tiny seed which none of them eat but otherwise it is good stuff. It comes on time and the delivery people usually leave it is a sensible place if I am not at home. They do have instructions.”

“Living with Birds is good and reliable. Unfortunately DPD has gone downhill as a carrier (it was the best in the area at a time). Email saying coming on Friday, then Saturday, then Sunday, and arrived Monday.”

“The order was complete and fine. But not entirely satisfied with the delivery. The parcel was just left on the step. By pure chance, we discovered it and took it in. All was well. BUT, I think that parcels should be handed to the recipient. Not just left on the step.”

“I would have left a 5 star rating but unfortunately the free items were sent with the single item I ordered despite a reply saying they would be deleted. I wish I had known that the following weekend had free delivery on my previous rather pricey order. Just bad luck I guess!”
