“I have ordered regularly and always been very satisfied. However this time the pack of chunky dumplings was packed underneath a sack of bird seed and it was crushed and the dumplings were badly fragmented. More care needed in packing!”

“My order was despatched very quickly and everything was correct. Slightly disappointed that the loyalty scheme only covers food as I bought a few replacement feeders and was not able to use the October voucher, although I spent well over the minimum spend. Apart from that, very happy.”

“I have used Jacobi Jayne for bird food for many years spending about £90 to £100 per month. The orders have been progressed on time, and I have been advised of progress with my order. “The birds love their Flutter Butter. They’ve not yet gone near their Pearl despite my filling the tray with live meal worms, perhaps they need to learn to ‘trust’ it first’? However I am extremely disappointed that my Flutter Butter holder’s ring snapped in 2 places. Currently super glued. Not sure that it will hold.”

“I love this company and if they always used DPD they would be perfect. If DPD have the what3words reference of client it works like clockwork. There occasional lapses into FedEx or Royal Mail are a disaster. Please make them aware.”

“OK, it's not cheap compared with garden centre/chain store alternatives but the quality is so much better - ask the very appreciative birds. At the moment when we feed mealworms and fatballs we get literally dozens of exciteable starlings, jackdaws and crows. When things have calmed down we are blessed with a large (20+) flock of goldfinches plus the usual suburban bird mix - tits, robins, blackbirds, pigeons (nesting), collared doves etc. They all appreciate the variety of high quality food, especially sunflower seed hearts and nyger seeds. On the rare occasions I have needed to comtact Living with Birds the response has always been prompt, accurate and polite. Delivery is quick (usually faster than stated) and all the packaging is easily recycled.”

“Easy to use website. Ordering straight forward. Nice products but a little pricey at times Delivery works well informed when parcel is coming. Delery charge is extra would be lovely to have this included FOC”

“I was pleased with my bird butter box. It came quickly and seemed ok for the price. It has been hung outside for over a week now, but unfortunately we haven't seen any birds using it :( We looked through the catalogue that came with, and although there are a few things I would like to buy, they are rather expensive :(”

“The quality of the bird food is excellent- my visitors never leave any and are always looking for more. Delivery is reliable and prompt. My only grouse is that it's expensive - but then I guess you get what you pay for.”

“Birds love the suet pellets but do not seem to care for nut pieces, this also includes the squirrels. They prefer the whole peanuts for some reason. During delivery the top came off the suet pellets tub as it was packed on its side causing quite a lot of pellets to spill out.”
