Be warned, the feeder does not come attached to the chain. Whilst the attachment is a good idea you need to have very strong fingers!

Have bought from you for many years & I really like the products. But on several occasions after placing an order, I receive a voucher for free delivery which is not applicable after ordering. Not good customer relations.

The order I placed recently was delivered, on a Sunday, to the wrong address, where there was no-one present. The courier, rather than re-delivering the following day, returned the order to Living With Birds . I reported this on your on-line chat and was told that the parcel was due to be delivered the following day, despite the message on the courier's tracking site that it was being returned. The following day I tried to contact you by e-mail but this did not get a response. Finally I telephoned, and my order was re-sent the following day - but also to the same wrong address! This time, someone was in and able to receive it. Luckily, the 'wrong address' is very close and happens to be my in-laws family business. They often get deliveries for us and it is very hard for them to determine, in the course of a busy day, if the delivery is for them or not. I'm very happy that you were able to replace my order quickly, but disappointed that my order is frequently delivered to the business nearby. I realise that the addresses of the properties are similar, but we need to impress on the courier the necessity to deliver to the correct location. A delivery on a Sunday should be avoided. As ever, the quality of the goods was excellent, but the packaging is often on the point of falling apart once it arrives. I know the boxes are heavy but they should be capable of lasting through the delivery process. Maybe stronger boxes and/or handling guidelines for couriers.

After 2 days 2 wires were prised off the peanut holder. but I managed to fix that, Also I tried to order some peanuts yesterday but could not access your site, I even changed my password but no luck.

Well now - your product service is very good. It seems your product, the butter, is also very good. When I left some in a plastic saucer on the decking outside my patio doors, viewable from my workplace at the table, it was wolfed up greedily... by a pair of magpies and a mother and young pigeon. I hung the feeder, loaded, in the apple tree without the slightest bit of interest shown by any small jobs.

Hello The ordering and postage process was good thank you (however it wasn’t free postage for an order of £12.99 as advertised) I installed this 2 weeks ago. Sadly the birds haven’t come to visit , even though I have it hanging up at around 2m height away from any dangers. So I’m left with hoping they will come and visit, otherwise I have feeder and 8 refills sitting in a box that won’t be used :( Also the seal on one of the refills was broken so I had to freeze that so it doesn’t go off. All in all it seems like a nice idea and the advertising videos show promise so I’m still hopeful that I will be getting some birds on it.

O.K. but -- no birds have touched it since I installed it ! And it is close to another fatball hanger which they use all the time...and I have bluetits in the garden. NB: The very next day , I discovered that it was now being used ! By whom I am not yet sure.

Service was great with quick delivery. However, the birds won't touch the feeder. I've tried several ways of attracting them but no go. I would like some advice please.

I have since received a very quick response on how I might get the birds on the feeder and that is to scratch the surface. Let’s hope this works Bit disappointed to be honest. We had food out for the birds but removed the cheap fat balls when this arrived. Unfortunately not one bird has been anywhere near it. It's in a tree where the birds know there's food and away from predators so I don't understand why they are not coming. I've fed the birds for years and always had a huge array of different species. The item itself is very well made and of good quality food.

I am sorry to say that the birds dont seem to like the butter ball I ordered from you. I am hoping if I leave it on the tree they will eventually eat it. I am so Disappointed with this. I was hoping all the garden birds would come and have a feed.

Beautifully packaged and arrived quickly. So far the birds are ignoring it though, opting for a fat block or fat balls. Might see uptake when nesting begins…

The food looks great and am happy with it and feeder but sadly birds don’t use it. Hanging with other feeders in tree branches but they ignore it. Using the spread on stale bread for blackbirds on the ground.

Sometimes birds will feel comfortable and start eating straight away. However, it can take a few days, or even weeks in some cases. When you emailed me to say the order had been accepted, you stated that a further email would follow with tracking details. That "further email" did not arrive and the delivery did not arrive next day as ordered. I replied to your email stating this, but recieved no response. The following morning I found the delivery in the yard, where it had either arrived very early in the morning or late the previous night. It was left in the open despite being labelled "leave under cover". I have no idea which carrier you used, but in my experience DPD is the only reliable courier. Having said all that, the product is fine.
