“My order and delivery was fine however trying to take advantage of the Feb free dellivery offer I ended up paying the delivery charge. The offer was providing you spent over £20. My purchase amounted to £20.69 but because I had "foodclub saving" of £1.03 the resulting final total was £23.56. If I didn't have the "foodclub saving" (presumbly because I am a regular customer) my total would have been £20. I phoned to discuss this matter with one of your colleagues today and the suggestion was that in future I should phone when I place an order on line if there is an offer attached so the total can be adusted. Surely this problem can be sorted without the necessity of an additional phone call.”

“Although I've told them multiple time's their tub cake's are still not packed properly, the plastic containers are split and I have to pick the splinters out of the damaged one's”

“I've had my bird feeder out for a couple of weeks and none of them seem to have found it or they don't like it. Not sure which one it is yet. Hoping they find it soon.”

“Was excited to receive these. My garden heaves with birds. Only one Robin has shown any interest in the Flutter Butter. I have removed all other feeders and there is still no interest. Very disappointed, especially as I was so confident in their success that I ordered 12 pods!”

“I was bombarded by emails after making a purchase, I had to unsubscribe. You should learn from that - quality not quantity. Still waiting a a bird to show interest in the flutter butter which is disappointing as I bought a box full.”

“Unfortunately the bag of mealworms split either during packing or in transit. So instead of receiving a bag of mealworms that could be decanted, I had to patiently pick them out of paper packaging and sweep them up off the kitchen floor onto which they had spilled when I was opening the box.”

“So loved the idea, purchased 2, delivery was swift. They went straight up on the bird feeder as we were due the really cold weather; we've not seen a bird on them yet 😪, it 3 weeks now. I'm hoping things will change.”

“The suet pellets were placed in a box then in an oversized box which allowed movement during transport causing pellets to power and the free bag of pellets burst and leaked out of the box on delivery.”
