“As always I am very pleased with your product, but not your delivery service. I asked you, and we have a sign on the wall with a delivery box, to leave the delivery in a black box by front door. Instead the driver left it at number 2 Devon Avenue, which is down our long drive and up the road, so I with a bad back, had to get it to my house. It meant finding where it was and then getting a sack barrow to get it back, I was not pleased.”

“I usually phone my order in as I am a bit of a technophobe. The people who work for ‘Living with Birds are always friendly and very helpful. I have bought several products - Fluttery Buttery single feeder and double feeder and I love Robins pearl feeder, all of which are sturdy and well made and worth every penny. I also get Flutter butter eco refills and high protein bird mix all of which are the highest quality and the birds in my garden love the as does the squirrel. I thoroughly recommend Living with Bird for bird food, feeders and many other things.”

“Ordered a Hedgehog house, which is well well made and fits the bill suberbly! However, it arrived with a damaged corner (presumably in the hands of the carrier, DPD) so I contacted Living With Birds and they sent another gratuitously and asked us to keep the damaged one. This is fantastic service and I am very happy to recommend your company to others.”

“Not the cheapest, but as is often the case, you get the quality you pay for. We buy the Special Mix no-waste seed; the fat balls and, in the winter, the suet pellets. All very good quality. Delivery is prompt, although, when you buy the 4x12.5kg bags, they come in two per carton and when the cardboard cartons arrive they are often bashed about by the couriers. We've never yet had any damage to the big seed bags inside, but I'm always a bit concerned about the strength of that packaging. But all-in-all we've been buying from Living with Birds for several years and we've never been disappointed. They also sell really good quality feeders which we'd recommend.”

“This food is super nice and moist and my garden birds love it.I find it doesn't get thrown out of the feeder like dry foods do.Hedgehog loves the food made for them by this super company.”
