“I have since received a very quick response on how I might get the birds on the feeder and that is to scratch the surface. Let’s hope this works Bit disappointed to be honest. We had food out for the birds but removed the cheap fat balls when this arrived. Unfortunately not one bird has been anywhere near it. It's in a tree where the birds know there's food and away from predators so I don't understand why they are not coming. I've fed the birds for years and always had a huge array of different species. The item itself is very well made and of good quality food.”

“We have been feeding and attracting birds to our garden for many years. This as a result it has also attracted creatures that want to share in the spoils, of which the squirrels are the most determined and resourceful contenders. Long drawn out battles ensued, in which these wily creatures were usually victorious. That is until I discovered ‘Living with Birds’ and Jacobi Jayne and their range of products. The ‘Squirrel Buster ‘range of products is incomparable. They are virtually indestructible and should they be damaged, which we have found rare, they are repairable and spares available. We began with a Squirrel Buster Plus Over time it was joined by another, and a pair of nut feeders, one of which is over a decade old and only required minor repair recently. In which event the staff are always helpful and no request too much trouble. Now there is the new Squirrel Buster’ suet block feeder and this product is as beautifully designed and manufactured as the other products in the range. It works perfectly as you would expect and is very actively used. Take this together with a superb range of animal feeds and habitat products combined with an outstanding level of help assistance goes to make Jacobi Jayne ‘Living with Birds; indispensable garden bird and animal lovers . Everything is outstanding”

“Great products and prices as well as excellent service. We had an issue with one of our items damaged in transit, I called and spoke to someone really lovely and helpful over the phone, who advised sending over some photos. My email was responded to the same day; again the staff were really friendly and helpful. They arranged a replacement item the same day, which arrived a few days after. Thanks so much, excellent service.”

“Unfortunately the bag of mealworms split either during packing or in transit. So instead of receiving a bag of mealworms that could be decanted, I had to patiently pick them out of paper packaging and sweep them up off the kitchen floor onto which they had spilled when I was opening the box.”
