“The company provides a fantastic service. A small part was missing from a product we ordered from Living with Birds. We phoned the company to tell them and a replacement product was delivered the next day without any questions and without charge. We wish more companies looked after their customers so well.”

“Website is easy to understand. I appreciated the discount as bird food is so expensive. I like the handy 4 kg bags and the food is good quality and enjoyed by the garden visitors. I just wish everything wasn’t so expensive but that’s across the board rather than specific to this website. Having to limit my orders because can’t afford to feed the birds as I used to.”

“I love this company and if they always used DPD they would be perfect. If DPD have the what3words reference of client it works like clockwork. There occasional lapses into FedEx or Royal Mail are a disaster. Please make them aware.”

“I rate Living with Birds high because I know from experience that the quality of the products is good and the range is impressive. Unfortunately, this time the birds in my garden are not interested in the chunky dumplings at all. So I have a number of boxes sitting in the garage and don’t know what to do with them!”

“I have dealt with this company quite a few times now. The customer service is excellent. I find being able to buy spares for my feeder very satisfactory as it saves money. Hving a porblem with pigeons and squirrels i bought the Guardian and they have solved both problems.”
