“Excellent service. I order by telephone, and staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. The paper catalogue is well designed, and feeders and food high quality. Delivery reliable, one hour time slot useful. Sensibly and securely packaged, with instructions on where to leave if nobody at home clearly displayed. Very satisfied customer!”

“Excellent customer experience, oddly enough since I received wrong items initially. Way it was dealt with superb, benchmark for other retailers. 2 minute phone call & resolved, pickup from house arranged at time convenient for me & correct items dispatched . No quibbles at all, no legwork on my part needed. Delivery was brisk, price very good especially since this is one of few retailers to have in stock (Schwegler swift boxes X3) Absolutely would use again with total confidence.”
