“I bought their SIM from their representative in Colombia for use in the USA. 90% of the time I got the "not registered in network" message. It didn't matter if I restarted the phone, redid all the connection process, nothing worked. Their service is even worse, nobody can give clear answers, they keep asking for the contract ID or a photo of the SIM, but no solutions. I filed my complaint with them for not being able to make phone calls and they keep evading my claim. STAY AWAY FROM THIS POOR NETWORK.”

I ordered a pre-paid SIM in online for 20 EUR and it cannot be activated only. In 2019, in Germany, only the shop activation is possible. They even dont send the telephone number with the card.
When I contacted to ask help and solution from the customer service, I got an answer they cannot activate it and I need to try online again.

Lycamobile adverts as being cheap- Customer Service charges 9p to make a call (Press * when they say you don't have enough credit and to top up) I have a number blocked on my phone, but they said I have still send a text to that number.

“I've to say this has to be a scam company.
I changed network to Lycamobile, begining of the month. Purchased a 25 Euros bundle as I did precious with other lyca numbers, and a week after they cut my number, can't make calls, send text messages use data or anything that I paid for. Ive rang them several times, before speaking to someone, waiting for about 20 minutes on the phone, please rate our call and service. It's an absolutely joke. Was asked to send an email they would reply within 24 hours and it's almost 72 hours now and no reply whatsoever. On the phone was told that payment was refused after being deducted in my bank account. Basically I was scammed in 25 euros as no refund money in my account.
