Signed up then they wanted copies of ncd obviously like everywhere then they wanted logbook and tenancy agreement, never had that before but I done it then there was an error with my direct debit I sent over via email the correct details, it went to the wrong department, i asked for there phone they responded with they don't have a call centre so I sent the details again, this time they claimed they didn't get it and I have until 5pm to send details again via email or my police will be cancelled this was at 3pm and I was working so couldn't do it until 6pm at 6pm I sent new bank detail for the third time, 7am the following morning I had an email saying they had cancelled the policy. The worst ever company”

“Fair price level, one of the companies that also accepts overseas license. Good rates for insurance and very straight forward process in my front glass replacement.
when it comes to the reason for 4 stars: Their software is still not flexible to add second car to the insurance with same account is impossible for instance. I believe with time they will be more mature but for now there are still flaws.”
