“The very bad experience I’ve ever had ripping people money off , I’ve changed my car so my insurance is £1089 a year I paid it all off and my insurance due is in 4 months cause I’ve changed my car the charged me £260.60 for 4 months on top of what i already paid.

“I've been with this company for almost 2 years & will be renewing again. Their customer service team is excellent - they're always quick to respond & have even helped me out on a Sunday. They let you make certain changes yourself through your customer account & don't charge any admin fees - unlike my last insurance company.
I had a claim last year (my fault) & my car was repaired quickly & efficiently - I honestly can't fault them.
This is hands down the best insurance company I've ever used.”

Absolutely horrific Insurance company to deal with. If you’ve got disabilities as such as dyslexia, ADHD, dyspraxia and mental health issues.
I’m dyslexic and i’m registered disabled I had my car seized by the police last night and I’ve got three penalty points on my license I’m going to incur about £600 worth of costs fines and impound fees.
All because this company couldn’t be bothered to notify me in a manner that I could understand. They notified me 11 pm the night it was due to be cancelled at midnight. They didn’t even give me the right to declare I had dyslexia to them. The worst thing of all they didn’t even give me the right to put it right absolutely shocking.
They are all a bunch of crooks to ready to take your cash and then do you over soon as you’ve handed it over. By far the worst ever experience I’ve ever had!!!”

“On signup they baited us with statements that our payments would be 12 x £32.97, the cost stated even encouraged us to add other add-ons. Their own schedule of payments as supplied by Marshmallow customer service shows the same payments of £32.97 per month, this schedule even states that it comes from PremFina. Once they send you the credit agreement to sign with PremFina the first payment is indeed £32.97 but followed by ten payments of £128.11, over three times higher than what you signed up for. Despite many pointless back and forth arguments with customer service and assurances that is ok just sign it, trust us you won't actually have to pay what you are signing for, we eventually had to give up and admit we have been scammed and have lost the initial deposit and the £50 cancellation fee (this cancellation fee ensures they always gain financially despite the deception). Do your own research, they are registered in Gibraltar for a reason.”

“Overall the service was very personal and helpful but as many companies fail is the simple belief that "click and go" is easy. Maybe it is for youngsters but for the older generation it provides too little information on "How to do it" and we find it very confusing - more detailed instructions would be helpful and time saving and much less frustrating!!”
