“Stupidly difficult to do even the most simple things. Had to provide evidence of zero years no claim discount. Absolute joke. If documents / proof of address etc isn’t set over in a time they threaten to stop your cover, and not very helpful at all. Only think good about it is it’s low price but for the additional hassle it’s not worth it. I won’t be ruining with them next year.”
