“The online customer support was prompt and helpful. I was trying to match a part and couldn't quite do it from the photo that was posted online, and customer support shot a fresh photo for me that made it clear I was looking at the correct part. Shipping was also great; I got regular updates on where my part was, and it arrived promptly. Beyond that, it cost half the price of the one from my local parts supplier, and is of a better quality.”
