“Unfortunately, the Artvigil I received was a fake. I’ve ordered from international sellers before and never had a problem until now. The seller said I could ship it back and they would give me a refund but I have no idea how to ship something internationally; plus they didn’t give me an address to ship it to. They were very rude and sarcastic to me. I am very disappointed because all I wanted was what I paid for.”

Dear valued buyer, We've been online for 4 plus years and have been serving 100s of customers, we ship Artvigil 150mg on a daily basis and have never had any complaints thus far, we know what we sell and from where we procure the products, so it's 100% legit. if this product doesn't work for you then it's not for you, you should try and look for some other products, that's what we said, we apologize if you feel we sounded sarcastic. *You received your product on 3rd Jan 2023 and raised a complaint on 6th March 2023, making such complaints after 2 months itself is a big red flag from the seller's point of view. *You threatened us to go for a refund with PayPal too, we come across a few buyers (1 out of 30) who would use the same tactics either to get a free product or take advantage of using PayPal to file a dispute, so we had to make them understand that we also buy the product we sell and operating such a business isn't that easy, so we were simply explaining the nature of the product we're dealing with and that PayPal won't favor you if you ever go for a refund. we didn't deny a refund though a refund isn't applicable in your case, ***we would need proof of the lab test report along with a batch number to prove your claim that it's fake or either send the product back to us, so we can initiate a refund. We want and would be serving long so selling counterfeit or fake products is a far story away. We welcome every feedback, good or bad so we appreciate your feedback. Regards! Team Modadove

Dear Valued Buyer, We apologize for the confusion however, you selected 200 pills + another 30 pills, so shipped 280 with bonuses for $295, as per your email you've received 280 tabs, which is exactly the same figure as per the order. If you would have selected 300 pills + 30 it would have cost you $375.00 you paid only $295 so, it's a wrong calculation mate. We also did check our past records and found that you once tried placing an order back in May 2022, however, the order stands canceled as we didn't receive payment from your end, so your claim on the first order falling short along with the 2nd one is a mistake, mate.
