“I have been a customer of Modelers Central and it’s predecessor for at least 20 years and found their service exceptional. The range of stock is so wide than even though I have used at least 25 kits provided by them i have always found something new to choose and have never found it necessary to buy from another source. In addition to their kits their range of tools and other material is also extensive and their service is exceptional with orders being filled in very short time. The advice and support given by Gary and his staff is also worthy of the highest praise”

“After a purchase, the delivery from the warehouse is quick, and tracking is used for the parcel. On the website, Brogan is a nuisance - can you have an option to turn him off? I like the search function, especially for Skill Levels. Could you consider adding another search function for the scale of the model? Some modellers make models that they like the look of, others make models to fit the size of their desk or bookcase or workshop, and others make models in the same scale. The most common scales seem to be 1:50 and 1:64 or 65. Is it possible to add that search function? Also very good is the range of Tips for rigging, planking, etc. These should be more prominent on the home page, and would attract 'lookers' to stay on your site a bit longer. I like the Modelers Shipyard kits, I have built the 'Mary Byrne' and currently building the 'Perseverance". Thanks for your efforts in supporting the hobby, Greg”
