“First rate supplier. Wide range of products from both common and not so common manufactuers. The local product "Modellers Shipyard" is right up there with the best of the international suppliers (better than most of them in fact). Orders are dispatch quickly and are well wrapped for transport. Any correspondence is answered quickly and with a friendly demeanour. Very happy.”

“Hello Modelers Central: I did indeed received the model this morning. It was a surprise. It took two weeks from the day you shipped it. You sent it out just two days after receiving the order. Very fast! I received tracking notices after that until it passed customs in Los Angeles. Then nothing during this past weekend. I expected to get a notice this morning that it was on a truck ready to cross the US. Instead, it was at my front door after being flown to the east coast. The only point that puzzled me was a report when you first shipped it that "We haven't received the full parcel details from the sender yet". And it waited three days to get them before continuing. Shouldn't those details have been sent along with the package? The kit itself is beautiful; far better quality than what I generally purchase. When done, it will be on display at the Hampton Roads Naval Museum in Norfolk, Virginia in 2026. If you are passing by, stop in. I will answer the questions below here: There was no estimated delivery time given. I have no idea who made the delivery. It was not damaged; packed very well. I took two weeks.”

“I enjoy receiving the emails with special offers. I bought something recently and saw the shipping was a bit expensiv e so I cancelled the order. But i ended up ordering again a few days later, realized that it is from Australia... I thjought they had a wearehouse in US. I happy to pay some shipping! Its just I am so used to free shipping from a lot of the websites these days..”

“A good outlet for ship modelling supplies is not easy to find lately, so I was pleased to find Modelers' Central. After a hiatus of about 30 years, I am planning to complete my scratch-built model of the Brigantine "Newsboy", so I needed running rigging supples. I am awaiting delivery for my very recent order.”
