“Hi, I have bought 2 model ships off you over 10 years ago and only building the 2nd one now (HMS Unicorn 1790) after looking at the box for years. I have ordered a couple of times a few small items that were missing out of the box that would fit in an envelope with a stamp on it but the freight is always $12.50?? I am very happy with your service and your vast selection of ship modeling parts. Regards Ian Bushell”

“Worked well with me on the situation I had regarding ordering and canceling my ordering the wrong size planking for my ship model. Received a store credit for my order. Thought yhe credit would be for material only since it had not been shipped. It included the shipping charge as well.”

“As always my order arrived promptly in good order. However due to limited funds I am still collecting the rest of the materials required to start scratch building my model of a Gloucester Fishing Schooner. Planning the model to be approx. 600mm long and RC it'll be quite a while before I can try it out in Careel Bay. Regards Neil”
