“Had a very good experience. I was buying a car and didn’t realise I needed to have the finance sorted before I picked the car up. Motion Finance were very flexible and everything was sorted in a couple of hours. I had issues with one of the lender’s websites and Motion Finance were flexible and simply secured the same deal with another lender so I could still pick my car up on the same day! Thanks again”

We fully understand your frustration and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the confusion regarding your HP agreements. Unfortunately, there was a lack of clarity from the lenders about which specific agreement needed to be settled, resulting in multiple requests for settlement and additional paperwork. We have since addressed this with the lenders, and they've acknowledged they should have clearly confirmed the correct agreement from the outset.
