Too frustrating long winded identification system. Very nearly put me off buying the car. Texting me over and over whilst I'm trying to answer the first text. Made it a bad experience

Not happy with this service. Very expensive, not justified, not explain from the beginning it will be a fee in my case for a £9000 car I paid £700 commission for this broker. Thank you

The £50 added to the first payment, and the £50 added to the final payment is excessive (that`s a polite adjective)

Please note that the £50 added to the first and final payment is the process the lender does by way of administration fees. They split it between the first and last payment on their agreements. This is not something that Motion Finance have control of. This additional payment was made aware to you during your compliance call with one of our advisors. System would notwork as both my credit and credit cards were rejected, without any reason. All the rules were broken by signing at the deealership and just taking the car away.
