Wouldn't be happy using motion again due to the chaotic experience backwards and forwards taking almost a week of phone calls and emails daily

Unfortunately, there was a lack of clarity from the lenders about which specific agreement needed to be settled, resulting in multiple requests for settlement and additional paperwork. We have since addressed this with the lenders, and they've acknowledged they should have clearly confirmed the correct agreement from the outset. I had an absolutely terrible experience with Motion Finance due to the actions of an employee named Dale Robinson. Without my knowledge or consent, he submitted finance applications in my name for two vehicles. This was completely unauthorized and has negatively impacted my credit file, causing me significant stress and inconvenience. When I raised the issue, I expected swift action to rectify the damage caused, but the fact that this happened in the first place is completely unacceptable. No customer should have to deal with financial repercussions due to someone else’s negligence. I strongly advise anyone considering this company to be extremely cautious.

no customer service i had to constantly chase up the process somewhere in your process my documents weren’t scanned properly causing what should of been a happy exiting experience into a stressful time wasting experience really not happy need to review your process

I felt there was such a lack of communication which resulted in me losing my temper and was extremely angry throughout the whole process. I felt John was patronising at times and belittled my company through text messages that I hold. Would never deal with them again

There is no progress after acceptance . The dealer didn’t get in touch with me and there is no response and contact number to contact motion finance for complaint.

I am not happy as 2nd day I am having issue with the car. Engine might not be right, light is falling off and steering wheel is making nosie Audi said this could cost me £4000. What is my policy on return
