Excessive paperwork and personally intrusive. Impossible to get a copy of the signed documents. Electronic copies were sent but they couldn’t be printed unless you had the printer password. No one at Motion Finance knew the password. Being unable to print a hard copy and keep paper trail I find unacceptable.

Tbh it hasn’t been the best you’ve told me everything over the phone I haven’t received nothing confirmed in writing through the post I then emailed yourselves to change my payment date and got told u don’t have my email on file and to make it worse I still don’t have the car yet . I’ve rang 2 times and had no answer

Very good service from start to finish which is 5 stars However 3 stars is because I am deaf and they don’t read instructions on how to contact me, calls is a no go

Was good going through at first no problem but then during the day too many things to sign and not given correct information and then after waiting until 3.30 that you could not use my work email to transfer the money to the dealership which was so annoying as I have had no problems with loans before using same email I don't have a private email so my husband had do his which was annoying but it turned out OK but from 9am till nearly 4pm it was a long day thank you I'm driving my car rant over

The application process was easy. Though, the interest rate was high considering the nature of the car I purchased. Still considering return car within the 14 days ad the scratches in and out of the car is much and doesn't worth the rate.

Constantly received the same request via email. Jack who rang me about my fiancé request was rude and arrogant. He treated me as if I was a total idiot and I believe that this was because firstly I am a women and secondly aged 60. So in his view naturally I have an inability to understand! Arranging the finance was relatively quick all be it that they struggled to get the spelling of my surname correct.
