Everything was easy to process & understand when setting up the loan. On the day we picked up the car I chose to settle the loan with one payment. Again the process was simple & totally completed online without a problem.

There was a number of occasions I would ring for a progress update, to be told another 2 - 3 weeks for... I explained, thts already discussed. Another time when asked when will the monies be realised, again 'another 2-3 weeks. Then later that day, monies in my bank. Sounds like, just tell then 'another 2 - 3 weeks

You guys sorted my finance for the bmw 1 series (YL65FSC) and unfortunately the car came with a ticking sound coming from the engine. I’m unsure what it fully is but my uncle who is a mechanic said it was the big end that went. I’m not very happy with how this has gone and what Lichfield garage have done, since on their service documents it states that there was a ticking sound coming from the engine then they have put on that it’s been fixed, which clearly it hasn’t so I showed them the video and my uncle spoke to them on the phone and they agreed to take it back and undo the finance. Another thing to add they said it had been recalled in by bmw and they’d sort that before handing it over to me, over messages they said it didn’t actually need to go in but when i searched it up online it said it was still outstanding, so I got in touch with bmw and they said it was an online test for the airbags which would determine wether it had to go to the garage, which I thought was pretty lazy of them.
