“Tbh it hasn’t been the best you’ve told me everything over the phone I haven’t received nothing confirmed in writing through the post I then emailed yourselves to change my payment date and got told u don’t have my email on file and to make it worse I still don’t have the car yet . I’ve rang 2 times and had no answer”

“The process to obtain the finance went well. The signing of documents was relatively straightforward. However it broke down when internet coverage dropped. I also found the need to photgraph myself and my driving licence a bit over the top when my driving licence had been verified by the dealer. This is the first ever time I needed this level of verification for a loan.”
