“Constantly received the same request via email. Jack who rang me about my fiancé request was rude and arrogant. He treated me as if I was a total idiot and I believe that this was because firstly I am a women and secondly aged 60. So in his view naturally I have an inability to understand! Arranging the finance was relatively quick all be it that they struggled to get the spelling of my surname correct.”
