“Easy process explained really well overall experience very happy with deal they got”

“The initial experience was good, however the car in question was not what l.needed. l have emailed Motion Finance to cancel the loan but have not received any feedback. I am not impressed. The company Roxburgh who is the dealer now want to take my £500 deposit although nothing was mentioned that l will lose any deposit on the vehicle if l don't want it. They also said the vehicle will be ready Friday gone 7th August when l took the deal on 2nd August and cancelled it on 5th. I believe this is broad daylight robbery on their part. Today is 4th September 2025, I have called and emailed both Motion Finance and Roxburgh Birmingham regarding my refund and they are ignoring me. Motion Finance has Today taken a direct debit of £257 from account and they won't speak to me. I regret visiting the car dealership Roxburgh.”

Dear Victoria, Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear you feel disappointed with your experience. When you visited the dealership, you spent several hours with our sales team viewing the vehicle and confirmed you were happy to proceed by signing the order form. Based on this, the dealership began preparing the car for collection. Unfortunately, insurance costs are something outside of our control, and we always recommend checking this before committing to a purchase. As work had already started on the vehicle, the deposit was retained in line with the terms agreed at the time of order. We hope this helps.
