“There was a number of occasions I would ring for a progress update, to be told another 2 - 3 weeks for... I explained, thts already discussed. Another time when asked when will the monies be realised, again 'another 2-3 weeks. Then later that day, monies in my bank. Sounds like, just tell then 'another 2 - 3 weeks”

After your finance documents were completed, the lender involved in your application requested additional information due to the size of the deposit involved. Specifically, they needed proof of funds before they could proceed further. We worked closely with the dealership to make sure all the lender’s requirements were clearly communicated, and our team made several attempts to obtain the necessary documentation from you.
