“Working with Engineering Buddy has been nothing short of a pleasure. I love that you can talk to their team members over WhatsApp chat anytime. It's just so convenient. They really give a lot of respect to their tutors, which makes it always enjoyable to work with them. One of my students improved their grade from a C to a B+, which was incredible to see. The only downside is that tutors don't get paid for demo sessions. However, Engineering Buddy genuinely makes up for it in other ways.”

“I've been occupied with MyEngineeringBuddy.com for about six years now, and it's been a truly rewarding experience. Unlike my previous tutoring job, this company offers various professional development programs that have helped me grow and advance my career. These opportunities keep me motivated to continually improve my teaching methods. One of the things I appreciate most about MyEngineeringBuddy.com is that they treat everyone with respect and dignity. Payments are always on time, which is a big plus. However, I do wonder about the profit margins, as some tutors say it ranges from 20% to 60%. It makes me question whether students are paying considerably more. Additionally, I feel that tutors should not have to compromise their fees for demo sessions, as the effort involved is substantial. I once helped a student who was struggling with a lack of motivation in their Civil Engineering studies. With time and persistent support, they eventually regained their drive and successfully passed their exams. “Pros: i joined MEB as a tutor. THe onboarding was smooth and the process been smooth and convenient. Cons:the lack of clear guidelines on dealing with academic dishonesty puts us in a tough spot. Additionally, frequent last-minute cancellations by students without compensation for our lost time can be frustrating.”

The students are eager to learn, and the interface makes it easy to connect with them and provide the help they need. However, there are a few drawbacks to being a tutor here. One significant issue is the requirement to pay the full fee for demo sessions. This can be a bit of a financial strain, especially if you're just starting out. Additionally, the platform sometimes overbooks sessions. This results in back-to-back classes with no breaks, making it challenging to find time to rest or prepare properly. Moreover, I appreciate how I don't have to wait hours or days to connect to a real human, which was a frustrating issue with my previous tutoring company. “I used to work for My Engg Buddy and thought I'd share my experience. Honestly, one of the better parts was that they never deducted payments unless there was a major screw-up with the assignment. You don't have to worry about losing your hard-earned cash over tiny mistakes. That's pretty rare these days. Another thing I appreciated was not getting harassed for every little detail. Unlike some other places, there's way more breathing room, and you can actually focus on teaching rather than constantly looking over your shoulder. I once had a student who really needed help with finding convenient and flexible tutoring sessions. We managed to sort things out pretty well. Well, that's my two cents. Best of luck, folks!”
