“Pricing a bit deceptive as without GST, but still came in the best price. Delivery was very fast. Well packaged and working well.”

“Quite an easy phone to operate but would have been great to have a manual included to set up the different features on the phone. Still cant get the voicemail to operate”

“Good service, would like to see orders actioned and shipped on the same day if possible when ordered before 12 p.m. I would appreciate an express shipping option as my router died and I needed a replacement fast. I had to wait a week from when I placed my order to when I received my order.”

“Although I have encountered issues with ETA and deliveries, I find MYITHUB one of the rare cases where they care about customers. My order took over a month instead of 2 days so I cannot give a 5-star rating. We all know that sometimes things may be missed or are out of our control, so all we ask as customers, is for the retailer to assume responsibility and deliver, and MYITHUB does deliver.”

“The site was easy to navigate. I found that some of the items could have been better ordered. They could also have done some network designs for home users so people could work out what could be going with what for a total solution. The parcel arrived really quick and was packed to accommodate the transport delivery system here in Australia”
