I sent in a request to have an issue answered and I am still waiting for a response. It has now been over 3 weeks.

Service was pathetic. Told package was on its way, nothing happened. Three days later, your package has been sent still no tracking details at AUS Post. Finally arrived

I made an online purchase. Waited for two weeks, heard nothing. So decided to look or the invoice, which turns out I never received. I then tried to contact them about this issue, to this they responded that their online system didn't communicate with their warehouse. Hence the item never shipped. Once they knew about my order, I received it within 2 days. Thankfully. I would recommend buying from this business, but ensure you get shipping confirmation and/or call them to confirm your order.

One of the items i ordered was substituted with a different (not suitable) alternative; I've reached out for a resolution but heard nothing back.

When I was advised (15 February) my 3CX subscription was up for renewal, it has been nothing but disappointing. After logging into 3CX website, it advised me I need to contact my reseller. So I did and got a quote on 20th February. I logged in and accepted the quote and heard nothing. On 8 March, I got a reminder email from 3CX. So I tried to ring my re-seller but got a weird response after trying to contact Junneil (the stated contact) - essentially I think their voicemail was full. I rang back, tried another "option" and left a message. At least I got an email from Eddie of the 3CX helpdesk (even if it appears to be an automated message and a different contact persons name at MyITHub). I sent a response to the sales email but that got nowhere. I ennded up contacting my external IT company for him to help me, finally he got somewhere! I think your system (or people operating them) need a shake up.

$16.50 via Leaves in 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS for Stocked Item, it's a stocked item and it's been 8 business days and I haven't received it yet.

Really miss information on voip phone as it is not a voip phone as such but an extension to base set which doesn’t clearly say that until the fine print. Thx for nothing

You will need to look at using a new shipping service for parcels going to adelaide. APD did a terrible job, the delivery was marked as done when they they didn't even attempt to drop it off. I was working from home all morning, the screen door was open, the door bell didn't ring, and no delivery slip was left to say they had been. Now I have to wait till after Easter weekend and go out of my way to pick it up from the main office. Just use the Aus post so it's at least easy to pick up from local office
