Nothing has arrived in 10 days. The tracking button won't work. My email chasing delivery remains unanswered to date, and they have the nerve to ask for a review? DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Supplied wrong product, only advised me that the correct item was not available 2 weeks after placing order. Had to send multiple emails asking what was happening with my order. Very ordinary.

I had ordered a Head Phone and I was told that I'll receive it at home, if not in 24 hours, then for sure within 48 hours. Yet it has gone 10 days and I've received nothing till now. Long weekend has started so one can imagine how delayed service it is.

The product I received did not fit. I called and was told to do an RMA which I did. I received an email asking for photos. Before I could even respond the RMA was closed without any explanation, despite me providing the photos it was not opened. Never again.

I give a review of 1, which would have been 0, if it was available. I never understand why companies just can sell products anymore and just leave it at that. But oh no, always followed by a review process. Looks like it is time to find another seller for the products I purchase.

After almost 4 months of waiting, the 2x laptop trolleys finally arrived today. This saga started back in October 2022 when i made a purchase and paid for it just days after the order was made. Not until 2/12/22 did I receive an email saying that "There would be an extra shipping cost to ship your order". This extra cost would be almost $300 dollars and that's EX GST. I then called MyITHub and spoke to a representative who advised me that the stock was on backorder. Here's where it starts getting fun!! The stock was delivered to the MyITHub warehouse on 15/11/22 and as above the shipping email arrived on 2/12/22. This meant that almost 3 weeks had passed before they decided to tell me i had to pay an addition $300 before GST was added. I responded explaining that and luckily they waived the extra shipping costs. I was also told that they would ship my order on Monday 5/12/22. On 16/12/22 i received an email from MyITHub saying that my order would arrive the following week and asked whether anyone would be at my workplace to receive delivery. I replied saying that i would be on site from Tuesday 20/12/22. After no reply from the initial conversation, i then get the next email from them on 23/12/22 saying "We are shipping your order today We will send you email notification with the details." Wait what... wasn't my order meant to be at my workplace by now? Hmm... After another phonecall and a strong but polite email expressing my disappointment with the customer service so far, I receive tracking details around 10:30am 23/12/22 with the listed carrier as "tmp". I then receive a second tracking email saying that the carrier is now Toll Priority at 1:30pm on 23/12. The laptop trolleys have finally arrived at my workplace today 12/1/23, (after some issues with tracking the delivery by Toll but that's another story) so I can begin getting them set up. Worst ever experience i've had ordering IT equipment. Will NEVER EVER use MyITHub again, even if they were the last IT store in the universe... DO NOT buy from them!!! Find it elsewhere even if it costs more... the hassle is just not worth it.

Warranty returned on the 1/11/2022, they incorrectly sent the replacement to their Melbourne Warehouse over a month ago and since then NOTHING. I have contacted them 5 times in their ticketing system with no response, MYIThub, if you want to check up on this debacle look up ## 7130 ## and see how poorly this has been handled. My next step is an NCAT case Pathetic service from MYITHUB

Struggling to have a product with wrong description returned, be away from buying anything from this company. They had that NETCOMM NS01 Satellite could pair with NF18ACV which doesn't and now they keep giving excuse to get the item returned.
