“It is now 18th November, after two emails one asking for tracking number and another to say the Tracking number dosent work (comes back "not Found", I still dont have this item.”

“The headset mites itself randomly all the time. When I asked if there was a fix I was sent a replacement link.”

“Made a purchase - items in stock. Been more than a week and it is still in processing”

“Order came quickly and as described. Unfortunately I needed to return as the item wasn’t suitable. This is where try satisfaction plummeted. Multiple times I have had to follow up on return authorization, then once I’ve returned for the receipt of item to be acknowledged, and I gave up waiting for a sales person to contact me for an alternative item so have asked for a full refund. Was pleased to begin with but then became a HUGE waste of time. Thoroughly disappointed at the after sales service.”

“The order did not get dispatched in time to meet the project deadline even after calling to ensure it would be dispatched promptly. The order was canceled before it had even left the warehouse and then 3 days later they still dispatched the goods. Way too many phone calls later and they will not process a full refund for their error. be very careful with this company”

“Very disappointed. Told I had to have the product delivered and charged $15. Also, promised overnight delivery, yet it took 5 days to arrive. Had to cancel the technician and he was very upset at losing a days work. I Rang to ask why it was not sent and was told it just got left. Very poor service.”

“Took more than a week to ship out my parcel. When I emailed to get an update about the order, only got a reply after 5 days later(which was after I received my parcel). And I had to call twice to find out about my order status.”

“Worst service ever, first I was said we have limited stock so purchase asap, I made the purchase same day, almost a week later auspost confirmed they have never physically received the item from the seller, and my it hub just advised me its lost and they don't have in stock, its strange that aus post said they were never given the item while ithub said its lost instantly where as if that was true aus post takes 3-5 days to investigate. Ithub never sent the item and when I questioned the delay they cancelled the order saying its lost.”
