The transaction was easy and comms were good - up to the point of receiving goods.....Will ALL companies stop marking items "in stock" when they are actually in suppliers stock not on the shelf....then took over a week to receive.

Product is great. Exactly what I ordered. Postage disappointing. Took 3 weeks to arrive as it ended up in the wrong state. They had to resend it and didn’t send it via express post, which given their it should have been. Wouldn’t have been a big deal, but was needed urgently for work.

Stop using startrak. Terrible courier company when dealing with home deliveries. Better off using normal Australia Post

Expected delivery within a few days and it took a week and a half, I would have liked notification saying that we are short of supply and that they would be shipped asap.

Site didn't show the total price didn't include shipping until checkout. Seems misleading.

My first experience with mynethub wasn’t great. However this may have been as I chose to pay via direct deposit. I followed up several times after transferring $. It was a painful 10 days until someone was able to process the order. Once the order was approved the rest was seemless. And delivery was quick.

A disorganised ordering system that meant our address was only partially filled in on the package which then got lost. In response they sent inaccurate tracking info as if simply giving us a tracking number was a solution to their mistake. Said they would then get back to us in 48 hours and didn't, but we managed to track the parcel down anyway. The reached out to us to change our 1 star review which is fair enough, they blamed covid.

I ordered off, the website headsets and telephone cables however we were sent a network plug - I have sent an email for verification but am still waiting on a reply. Took over a month for the order to arrive I did call to check on my order but was unable to find out what happened.

Hi, The website is great, products are dispatched promptly, the one thing that frustrates me with your service is, the MACID is not part of the order communications, we need to contact you for these details. Our customers cannot use their phones until we have MACIDs, so having to chase causes delays at our end. Thank you Kerri

I know headsets are in short supply but the one I wanted was showing as in stock. I wasn't informed at the time of ordering there was no stock otherwise I would have ordered elsewhere.

In my case: After I reached customer service. MyItHub try to delivery my order in as they promised. But the bad side is MyItHub use Couriers Please as their delivery partner. It's too bad (you can find almost bad review for this company)
