“Took more than a week to ship out my parcel. When I emailed to get an update about the order, only got a reply after 5 days later(which was after I received my parcel). And I had to call twice to find out about my order status.”

“I am very happy with fast delivery and I give you 5 out of 5, but for communication I can give you only 3 out of 5. The risen is that you are not providing any information regarding postage such as; when the item was dispatched or something else, so customer can make some plans for the week. Thanks”

“Positive feedback form the time I interacted on the MYITHUB website. I had an online chat when browsing a router for a new home internet connection. The salesperson helped with the process and the price on myITHUB was the lowest I could find. Thanks for the great price and service.”
