“A disorganised ordering system that meant our address was only partially filled in on the package which then got lost. In response they sent inaccurate tracking info as if simply giving us a tracking number was a solution to their mistake. Said they would then get back to us in 48 hours and didn't, but we managed to track the parcel down anyway. The reached out to us to change our 1 star review which is fair enough, they blamed covid.”

“I ordered off, the website headsets and telephone cables however we were sent a network plug - I have sent an email for verification but am still waiting on a reply. Took over a month for the order to arrive I did call to check on my order but was unable to find out what happened.”

“Hi, The website is great, products are dispatched promptly, the one thing that frustrates me with your service is, the MACID is not part of the order communications, we need to contact you for these details.
