“I have ordered 3 times from My Pet Chicken... Ordering is easy... very accommodating when changes needed to be made...Chicks have always arrived healthy... I did have one chick in 2022 arrive with curled toes... They immediately taught me how to fix the chicks toes AND still reimbursed me (even though I said it wasn't necessary). They stand behind their chicks and have great communication! I will always order from My Pet Chicken!”

“First of all, the MPC Customer Service is incredible. They held my hand every step of the way. The birds were even better than the service! I got 4 starter pullets (Blue Laced Red Wyandotte, Wheaten Marran, and two Ultra Rare Surprise Me’s which are a Blue Splash Ameraucana and what appears to be an OPAL Green Egger!!!) that arrived in perfect condition from what was a 25hr trip from time of label creation to my local PO. I am over the moon excited and their personalities are already in full force. One happy customer and 4 happy birds! TY”

“We have gotten multiple shipments of chicks and have been extatic with them! On a previous order our chicks did not make it in transit but they were very quick to rectify the shipment with either a reimbursement or reshipment. We chose reshipment and they all came in perfect health! Would recommend!!!”

“I had a great experience ordering from My Pet Chicken. I had never ordered by mail before but was skeptical at first. They were shipped when they said they would be and they arrived on time and in great health. I definitely will order this way again. Chickies still thriving”

“Our order of pullets went swimmingly. The order process was easy, the girls arrived very quickly (though they had to come by ferry to our island), and they were all healthy and energetic. It is a joy to watch them grow each day. We'll definitely do this again.”

“Highly Recommended! These guys are amazing! Super helpful with guidance, easy to reach someone for help or questions. They have the BEST rare chicken selection around! We ordered both chicks and pullets. They were shipped with care and healthy. We really appreciated them reaching out to hold off on shipping the pullets due to extreme hot weather. They really care about their birds and customers. Thank you!”

“I talked to a few employees with my recent purchase (there was an issue with the shipment) and every single person was very helpful and understanding.
