My 13 arrived healthy and vibrant. Problem? I received 3 different colorations each of Polish & Marans. I ordered 12 of the mystery rare chick assortment and I understood that different colorations would be counted as separate varieties but wow, there seemed to be zero consideration on what they chose. I know that the response to this will be "that's what had a good hatch week" but I now know that I won't recommend this assortment if you are truly looking for an "assortment".

We're glad to hear your chicks arrived healthy and vibrant, though we understand your disappointment with the variety in your Mystery Rare Chick Assortment. As noted in the product description, the breeds and color varieties included in this assortment are selected by our hatchery based on which rare and unique chicks had a particularly good hatch the week your order ships (as you've noted). Different colorations of the same breed are considered separate varieties, and because of this—and the natural variability of hatching—we aren’t able to guarantee or customize the selection. We totally understand that this might not be ideal if you're hoping for a very broad assortment across entirely different breeds. For customers with specific preferences, we usually recommend purchasing individual breeds as they become available, so you can better control the mix in your flock.

I wasn’t happy with the purchase of the chick , you changed my order, and send me the wrong chick not what , I ordered, and one of the chick died

That said, it’s completely understandable to be unsure - many breeds can look quite similar while they’re still young and feathering out. I have had 2 different hatching eggs shipped at this time only one egg has hatched in the 30 eggs I have received

While we're glad this little one emerged from its shell, we completely understand how disheartening it is when the others don't hatch. Based on the delivery date, it looks like you're around day 18 of incubation, and with shipped eggs, it's not uncommon for hatching to take up to 25 days. Sad to say I ordered an assortment of hatching eggs(10 eggs).They have all been incubated passed the hatch date now. None have hatched. The ones you can candle, either aren’t fertilized or didn’t develop. I was really looking forward to these.

None of the eggs hatched. I ordered 8 eggs and received 10, thus the 2-star rating. Only one egg had some development (looked like a head), but stopped developing. All other 9 eggs were runny yolk. Very disappointed. It cost $95, which went down the drain.

Did like to stress i went though on ordeing my chicks. And have them die once they arived.

Not sure you want this but 4 out of 6 chicks arrived dead, two deliveries of three chicks each. The heating pad in both deliveries was cold, like the chicks. USPS is a problem because they are slow. Maybe arrange special handling for live deliveries.

Out of the 7 I ordered I received 6 so I was reimbursed for the missing one. One is ill and is likely dying no idea why and another has a deformity on the eyelid but the other 4 look great.

Unfortunately my order that i recieved did not contain the correct breeds i had ordered, however it has been pleasant dealing with customer service... we are still communicating to come up with a resolution. thankfully all three chicks arrived healthy
