Wasn't an issue for me however the package was not as discreet as advertised. One package had the sender listed as "Sugar & Sas". Not a dead giveaway, but not very subtle either.”

Thank you so much for brining this to our attention. For some reason the warehouse did put your $15 order though as regular post for $9.95 while you definitely paid and extra 3 bucks! We've fired the guy who did this and refunded the entire $12.95 back to your account which I think is the least we can do. frankly it's a bloody catastrophe mate. You deserver better for your $15 purchase and it's just not good enough. I posted this review on the fridge so everyone lifts their game around here. Thanks for your honest comments hey.
