“Delivery by Express Post is a joke. It doesn't work outside of major cities. It's expensive, there is no option & 8 days is not express. 13 days since the order - shipping is a rip off.”

I can see you took advantage of our Autumn coupon (saving $14.95) which cancelled out your express post charge ($14.95) - so essentially this means the postage was free. 😎
I can only imagine that the regular postage service would still be in the mail for a long time yet!

However you are totally right. We need to do a better job of showing you how many parcels you're going to get, so you can decide what you'd like to do before spending your hard earned cash on Australia Post.
Speaking of this, we can see your last order was dispatched about 40 minutes after you paid for it and delivered to you today. I guess still not good enough though :-(

Thanks for you honest review of the herbal penis supplements. I think you want them to be Viagra and work like prescription medication. Anything you buy from a legitimate online adult shop like ours is not going to be Viagra or work like medicine because this would be illegal. We don't sell anything like what you were hoping for sorry. It's actually much cheaper and easier to get actual Viagra from a doctor. We recommend this to lots of our customers! I hope you'll give us another chance though if you are looking for some sex toys soon.

“I've spend 2hrs this morning trying to resolve this, I've used your site and service for many years without issues but this experience will be the last!
I called auspost who then put me into star track who had no idea where it's been delivered. I've gone to the location and had to check the chemist, warehouses and various shops to see if they've received and nothing.
Finally I checked with woolworths and they checked the rear of the building and infact had received my item however this was the MOST EMBARRASSING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE as the had actually opened the item!!!!
This is the worst experience I've ever had in my life and I can no longer shop at my local shops - can you advise how you will rectify this as your service is supposed to be discreet!!!? The damage cause here is irreversible.

“Delivered in a ripped thin Startrack bag where you could feel and see the contents. My post office worker commented on my item. Shipping policy states “ All products are packed in discreet bubble bags or boxes…” Utter Lies. Major Fail !!!”
