“Reason for 3 stars is because previously I have experienced delivery issues/delays but paid the express fee. The latest purchase I had to follow up after two days of no communication for something that was being sent express. Followed this up and the item arrived 24hrs later. Apart from delivery issues, I have no problem with NBA”

At Naughty Boy, we're trying to give Aussie blokes the widest possible selection of products possible (even the freaky ones we wouldn't usually range ourselves!) “Got all the products in a reasonable time though I was not in a rush, but standard delivery was not an option and it was sent in 3 different packages arriving at three different times during the day and resulting in 3 delivery fees. Overall the selection is very good. My only qualm was the 3 delivery fees and 3 different delivery times. Read their policy before ordering ;)”
“While the item was satisfactory the delivery of it was poor, I paid for express delivery but it took 4 days instead of next day. Apparently it came to my local area in SA but then it was sent to QLD and then back to SA. Not very happy.”

Unfortunately these days Express Post is not "next day delivery." We've also forwarded your comments on Australia Post to our Australia Post account manager. Thank you so much for taking the time to make this review. Unforunately it looks like Australia Post has let you down here. Like all online retailers, we have no power of their crazy antics. While we send complaint after complaint, the best thing you can do is also send them an email about this case.
