I can see both items were actually sent with StarTrack, which is faster & more expensive than express post, (but we picked up the price difference) ✔
You've brought up a good point about the split packages.
This happens because we've chosen to drastically increase our product offering by connecting to some local wholesalers who import some product ranges that we would never think to range ourselves.
These are sent direct to you quick sticks by them but supported by us.
Think of us as sexy ebay. 😂

I can see you placed an order with us at 9:00pm last Wednesday it we sent it express the next day.
Regional locations are always a bit of a struggle for express services, but I'm sure Australia Post are doing the best they can to help serve you better.

“Hi, ok delivery time. Product works ok however I thought it was going to be better, and I find it more enjoyable when turned off and using it manually. The thrusting side of it would be my preferred setting, and I think that my next purchase will be a toy that tickles my balls and pulls me in and out. But ok product overall. Thanks naughty boy”
“Good and fast shipping process but your shipping fee is outrageous. Was planning to buy 2 items but each item has different shipping fees and has to pay about $30 for shipping fees only - does not make any sense. The shipping fee will be more expensive than the product itself. Please re-consider this.”

Thank you so much for taking the time to write this review mate. We really appreciate it. We're totally with you on the huge postage fees. This happens when different items come from different warehouse locations. While we can't stop this happening, we can do a better job in letting you know where each item is coming from and how many packages your order contains. Each warehouse has around 2,000+ different items in it and there is every chance you can find a similar item from the same location without having to pay a cent extra for an extra package. We're on it mate! Thank you for add this valuable feedback. I'll go and wave in front of our developers face so we can work on a better solution!
“Reason for 3 stars is because previously I have experienced delivery issues/delays but paid the express fee. The latest purchase I had to follow up after two days of no communication for something that was being sent express. Followed this up and the item arrived 24hrs later. Apart from delivery issues, I have no problem with NBA”
